THE EPIPHANY PROJECT (World / Folk / Ancient Soul) Award-winning pianist/composer John Hodian and vocalist Bet Williams (with an amazing 4 octave range) perform “some of the most evocative and intelligent music to come down the pike,” says the Washington Post. Their music is a hybrid blend of rock, jazz, and ethnic music with a special focus on the music and culture of Armenia. Currently performing as a trio, it is wonderful to experience this passionate presentation of Epiphany Project’s beautiful program.

GLAWDYS N’DEE (Vocalist – Jazz/Caribbean/Reggae) Born in the Caribbean, on the island of Guadeloupe, singer-songwriter and founder of The Lyannaj Ensemble of Chicago, Glawdys N'Dee seamlessly incorporates traditional, modern, sacred, and secular music, while never abandoning the spirit and roots of the Caribbean. In her debut album, Lyannaj (meaning to Win Over, to Unite in Solidarity, To Connect) is a word deeply rooted in Creole tradition and culture and speaks directly to the heart, sung in three primary languages (English, French and Creole). The production and musicianship is top notch throughout, with a wealth of percussion, flute, sax, winds and keys -- with Glawdys' wonderful vocals exuding a relaxed, graceful beauty out front sung with sweetness and warmth.
